Return Policy

We will refund your money on any purchase that isn't 100% satisfactory -- for any reason. It's that simple.

Please include your name and address, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund. We will not deny any refund based on the reason given and will only use this information to improve our product. We appreciate your honesty.

Please request refunds in a timely manner. We reserve the right to deny any refund not requested within 60 days of purchase.
We may at our discretion, with no cost to you, request return of our product. If we request return of our product we will pay all shipping costs. If return of the product is requested, refunds will be given upon receiving the return. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
