Escape and Wait

Escape and wait LLC was founded by Firefighter Dan Phillips in 2007. Dan has been teaching fire safety for over 16 years. He is always looking for new and innovative ways for children to learn. He has taught children at the fire station, in the local schools, and as an instructor at Safety City USA. Over the years he has developed many different techniques and tools to help children learn about safety.

After teaching thousands of children using these unique tools Dan decided it was time to share his ideas. Escape and Wait LLC was formed and production began on the The “Escape and Wait” sign. Dan strongly believes in the value of “Escape and Wait” being in every home. It will soon become as common as the smoke detector is today.
